2016-12-00 Data (December 2016 Combined)

This file contains all December 2016 data (@ 5 minute intervals). There are 120 data collection points, but not all are functioning properly. Those data points have been removed from the monthly data file, but are still contained in the Linkinfo data set. Simply join the two files by linkid to recreate the original daily data file.
